Tay & Partners (“we”, “our” or “us”) is a partnership incorporated under the laws of Malaysia with office in Kuala Lumpur at 6th Floor, Plaza See Hoy Chan, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) which consists of Part I and Part II describes how we process your Personal Data, including collection, use, retention, disclosure and international transfer of your Personal Data.

    1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 (“PDPA”) A. Applicability
      1. Part I of this Privacy Policy would be relevant to you when we process your Personal Data in Malaysia.
